Why Santa Doesn’t Have Cats

“My handmade cards are designed to be saved and even framed. Folded at 5 X 7 inches in textured card stock, they are also matted prints that fit standard frames. I want them to be gifts that last.”

Detaiis: The card is 5 x 7 inches with a matching high quality white envelope. The colorful image is approximately 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches surrounded by a border of textured card stock. The card stock is environmentally-friendly, made from recycled textured card stock. Inside text reads “Have a purr-fect Holiday!”

Each card is individually protected in a plastic sleeve with its matching white card. The set is bundled together with colorful ribbon, not boxed, to prevent paper waste. Make it a gift!

The image is approximately 10 x 7.75 inches on archival Epson paper. The print is signed by me under the image, on the white border of the print.

This cat art print is created from my original artwork “Gauguin’s Cat” based on Paul Gauguin’s painting of puppies drinking from a bowl of milk. My version shows how Gauguin’s painting would have looked if he had lived with my cat George who is always on the prowl for something to eat. From my Cats and Great Artists series which explores how masterpieces of art might have turned out if the artists lived with my cats.
