About Racing the Storm
“I shot Racing the Storm NYC as small craft rushed south in the East River,” says Deborah Julian, “a scary thunderstorm overhead. Black clouds ready to eat up Manhattan and the boats along with it.”
As frightening as that storm was from indoors, I can’t imagine how intimidating it must have looked to boats racing away to get away from it.
